🔁 Returns & Exchanges

We accept returns or exchanges under the following conditions:

  • The item must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition

  • All tags and packaging must be intact

  • Request must be made within 3 days of delivery


❌ Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Items purchased on sale or discount

  • Customized or stitched outfits

  • Products damaged due to improper use or washing


💰 Refund Policy

  • Refunds are only issued in case of:

    • Wrong item delivered

    • Defective or damaged product

  • Once approved:

    • Refund will be processed within 5–7 working days

    • Amount will be returned via bank transfer or original payment method


🔄 Exchange Policy

  • Exchanges are allowed for:

    • Size issues

    • Defective items

  • Customers will be responsible for return shipping charges unless the mistake is from our side.


📦 Return Process

To initiate a return or exchange:

  1. Contact us within 3 days of delivery

  2. Share: 

    • Order number

    • Clear pictures of the product

  3. Our team will guide you further


🚫 Order Cancellation

  • Orders can be canceled within 12 hours of placing the order

  • After that, cancellation may not be possible
